Appointment System
We are very excited at Flame by Design to have reopened our showroom on Monday 8th June. Due to the current Covid 19 situation we are operating on an appointment only system. This new protocol ensures that our customers can come to view our products in a safe environment and hopefully find the ideal product for their home.
We are a few days into this new format and both our customers and sales team have found the experience very positive so far. Not only are we able to ensure that our customers have complete confidence in our safety procedures but most importantly we have found that we can give them our undivided attention.
Our policy is very simple
- To book your appointment please call 021 – 4967724 or email info@flamebydesign.ie.
- We are operating on 30 min appointment time slots.
- Appointments from Monday to Saturday 9:30am to 12:30pm and from 1:30pm to 4:00pm.
- Please note we are closed Sundays & Bank Holidays.
- If you are in the area without an appointment, give us a call, if a member of our staff is free of course we would be delighted to give you access.
